the gates in blue (central park)

back in february of 2005, i snapped some pics of christo's gates installation in central park (i was lucky enough to be working 2 blocks away at the time). i was completely prepared to hate the entire thing...but the opposite happened. it made me look at the park in a completely new way...changed my perspective.
